My yoga journey began over 25 years ago as a way to manage chronic stress and physical discomfort. What started as a search for relief became a transformative practice that brought strength, healing, and inner peace.
Today, yoga is a way of life—guiding how I move, breathe, and navigate challenges with awareness and balance. I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces for self-discovery, empowerment, and healing, both on and off the mat.
MY PHILOSOPHY
This work is dedicated to guiding individuals back to their true higher selves, where genuine healing begins. Through intentional, wisdom-rooted practices and embodied awareness, students cultivate presence, resilience, and inner harmony—awakening their innate intelligence, restoring balance on all levels, and living more consciously, authentically, and with purpose.
